Executive Summary of our Self-Sustaining Vehicle Technology Details of our new SSV Technology's benefits are here. The most significant conclusions from that document are -- 1. Our SSV Technology has solar and hybrid-electric vehicles beat. Solar and Electric vehicles can only travel short distances on batteries. They don't solve the most crucial problem -- highway / freeway travel burns up 70% of U.S. vehicle fuel usage. Details 2. Hybrid H-E vehicles are NOT truly "green" vehicles. It takes the dirtiest fuels (coal, diesel, etc) to produce electricity to recharge electric vehicles, so hydrogen-electric and electric plug-in hybrids don't cut greenhouse gases yet, they can't travel green for moderate or long distances yet, and they don't substantially cut our fossil fuel usage, factoring in that the dirtiest fuels are consumed to recharge them. Details 3. Cutting long-distance fuel use is the key. Transportation uses 67% of all oil consumed in the U.S.; road vehicles burn 85% of that (see pie charts). Of that, 70% is consumed in long-distance travel at highway / freeway speeds by all vehicles, including freight trucks. Cut out 50% of fuel consumed at highway and freeway speeds, and you have solved the U.S. energy crisis in a single stroke. If you don't see this, you haven't looked at the Details ! 4. No alternative vehicles today significantly cut our fuel usage. More than anything else, the U.S. (and world) needs a technology that can dramatically cut fuel consumption of all vehicles at highway / freeway cruising speeds, where by far the greatest amount of fuel is consumed. Only that will solve our energy crisis, economic crisis, and imported oil dependence. See this detailed comparison 5. That's exactly what our SSV technology does. It could potentially cut fuel usage by 80% at cruising speeds, but let's not be overly optimistic. Conservatively, our SSV technology can easily cut fuel consumption at highway and freeway speeds by 40%. The Details vary somewhat, depending on vehicle size and type and usage. 6. Our SSV Technology can save fuel in all types and sizes of vehicles. It is optimal in large retail trucks and SUVs -- but also, we can save 18 wheel freight trucks 30-40% of the fuel they burn up on the freeways. Transport truck fuel consumption is a huge portion of the total fuel burned by all vehicles in the U.S. Major savings on freight transportation will cut produce costs dramatically and restore our economy to roaring once again. Savings table 7. SSV fuel savings can save the U.S. $256 Billion per year. By cutting long-distance fuel use by 38-45%, our SSV technology can save $256 Billion per year, or $2,600 per driver. | Our Simple Requirements We're basically giving away our innovative new Self-Sustaining Vehicle technology for a tiny fraction of what it is worth to all U.S. Auto Manufacturers. In the next 2 years, it can save each of you $10 Billion, just by preserving existing large trucks, SUVs, pickups, and big diesel models. With our technology, there's no need to close large-vehicle plants, or cut back production. Americans love big trucks. They feel safe, comfortable and secure. Tiny "bubble" cars don't feel "safe". SSV is pure salvation to consumers -- they will love it ! We are only asking that all big Auto Manufacturers get the same opportunity at the same time to: (1) learn about our SSV technology, (2) be able to incorporate it into their own designs as quickly and effectively as they can -- i.e., no one company can control adoption of our SSV technology for any other company -- and (3) upon release of our innovative SSV technology to all big Auto Manufacturers, they need to agree not to sit on it or hide it from the public, but to vigorously pursue its adoption, as best they can, for everyone's benefit. Is this too much to ask? Of course not. There is no reason why GM should profit at Ford's expense, nor Ford profit at the expense of Chrysler. All major Auto Manufacturers face the same difficult economic times. They all deserve the same break -- it is only fair. But each company should be free to integrate our technology into their vehicles as they see best. Only this way can the competitive spirit be preserved. You all get the same chance, and may the best ones be leaders. That's how it's been, and that's how it should remain. |

How many Auto Manufacturers should be involved? We've complied a list of big Auto Manufacturers in the U.S. and elsewhere that we feel should all become involved in our new SSV technology as soon as possible. The reasons for including each group are also noted. We, of course, are open to suggestions -- 1. The "big three" U.S. Auto Manufacturers -- G.M., Ford and Chrysler. They can help our SSV technology make the biggest impact on fuel reduction in the U.S., they have the best chance of turning our economy around, and their upturns help ward off a U.S. recession. 2. PACCAR (Kenworth, Peterbilt) and International -- they make most U.S. transport trucks. SSV technology in their trucks is vital to big cuts in freeway fuel consumption and lower prices for all produce. Our technology can be nicely integrated into large transport trucks. 3. Daimler AG and Volvo power Europe's transport truck world, and have big retail vehicle segments too. European Auto Makers are innovative and their technologic input is valuable. Europe should get the same "fuel usage break" as America. This will help reduce oil consumption, greenhouse gases, and global warming on a scale much larger than North America -- which is most desirable. 4. Some other European Auto Manufacturers should be included, to help cut the fuel consumption of passenger vehicles across Europe. The list could include VW Group, PSA (Peugeot, Citroen), Fiat, Renault and BMW. The key factor is that they must have a domestic U.S. arm which can donate to our non-profit and benefit from the same tax write-off that U.S. companies are entitled to. |

| How do we proceed? We cannot develop our Self-Sustaining Vehicle soon enough to alleviate the burden of today's oil-price crisis weighing on everyone's head. Big Auto Manufacturers can, they have the plants, teams and synergy to build a prototype in 6 months or less. It's needed now! We realized we have to take a big loss on our SSV technology, just to get it out quickly. Big Auto Manufacturers need only to donate to our non-profit organization -- an easy executive decision. Your company donates $Millions to community service non-profits helping kids on the streets, etc. Those donations didn't help avert the crisis you and the country are now facing. Why not donate to a scientific organization working for greater economic and global benefits? Doing so earlier might have averted the current crisis you now face. Simply look at our website, see the advanced scientific projects we are working on, and how they can all benefit people everywhere. Our non-profit charter is aimed squarely at improving everyone's lives, and our world, through innovative scientific and technological research. Your executive decision to donate to PC Research this year is a no-brainer, once you have reviewed our exciting projects. It is up to you how much to contribute to our bona fide 501(c)(3) and 170(a)(1)(b) non-profit organization. We typically co-develop all technologies like SSV with organizations interested in helping us further them. | How soon can we become involved in SSV Technology? We have a target funding goal for our new Self-Sustaining Vehicle Technology research. When that goal is reached, we will present the entire SSV technology to all Auto Manufacturers who chose a lead role in helping develop our SSV technology. We would like all Auto Manufacturers above to do so. The more who do, the sooner your profitability and the economy can be fixed, and foreign oil imports cut. All Auto Manufacturers listed above should support SSV -- a one-time chance to gain a valuable new technology that could turn your company around -- it'd be foolish to pass it up. Procrastination, doubt and skepticism are inappropriate. SSV is no "far out" idea that cannot work. Proven science and time-tested technologies are behind all our projects. Our thinking is just ahead of everyone else's. The decision is as simple as reviewing our website, deciding -- "Yes, PC Research's work is definitely something we want to support, to benefit all people". | What are your long-term obligations? Nothing more than noted above in "Our Simple Requirements". PC Research has trademarks on the "SSV" and "Self-Sustaining Vehicle Technology" terms. They've been used nowhere else but on our site in reference to a new alternative energy vehicle technology / design. The technology is being patented by us, so a few formalities about sharing our trademarks and patents will be needed, it's no big deal. Remember, we already made the decision to basically give away our SSV technology to Auto Manufacturers who can rapidly deploy it for everyone's benefit. We take the commitment seriously. Auto Manufacturers should take it seriously too, and start immediately to build SSV technology into as many vehicles as they can, to slash fuel usage. That is the goal. Why shouldn't all Auto Manufacturers share it? If you know of a better solution to solve our environmental problems and cut down U.S. addiction to oil in just 1-2 years, then pursue it vigorously. If not, then help us vigorously pursue the integration of our new Self-Sustaining Vehicle Technology into every vehicle today. When Auto Manufacturers learn of all benefits that our new SSV technology provides, they will immediately see how it will restore profitability and the U.S. economy.
